Join us for a special event with Chef Tommy Cleary, where our collaborative omakase will feature Yakitori. The experience will focus on the whole chicken and creative courses with decadent ingredients, including truffles, caviar, uni, and more.
Guests will indulge in a coursed experience spotlighting grilled ingredients upon authentic Binchotan coals, specifically white oak Wakayama Kishu Binchotan, the highest grade Binchotan coals available.
