We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong background in culinary arts. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting and is eager to contribute to menu planning and food production.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that meet customer preferences.
  • Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Monitor food production processes to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
